    Hi AltG20

I dont think inviting Hugo Chavez and Obama are good ideas, actually, they are both really bad ideas.

Hugo Chavez is an important figure in latinamerican politics, and have come up with important and benefitial reforms for its people. But at the same time, Chavez is fueling his political carrer on dependancy on oil and derivatives, the very reason there’s global warming in the first place.

Also, is known that Chavez gives “in solidarity” great donations to third countries but in exchange of big political favors.

If you would like to invite a “development country” speakers, please look at the Movimiento de los Sin Tierra in Brazil, or Asamblea de los pueblos, which is meeting in Colombia this week.

About Obama, he got voted by being the “most popular”, but his popularity was just a trick show. A USA President cannot make real change in his country because of the deep relationships between the federal reserve/banking system, the military industry, and the lobbiest in the Congress/Senate.

Obama himself is signing the CKs for the big bailouts but not controlling the root of evil: wallStreet’s Speculative Capitalism.

There’s a right to free enterprise, but that does not give you the right to make profits out of beating/stealing/corrupting your way out. Obama knows that, he was backed by the Democrat Party, one of the two political parties that have USA tied to a media show every for years for “a new commander in chief”, without touching the real structure of political/economical power.

    Saludos.
